Team Leader – E-commerce (L1 Support)
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of Team Leader experience (mandatory).
Salary:
CTC: ₹28,000–₹29,000 per month.
Expected In-hand: Approximately ₹24,000–₹25,000 per month (depending on deductions).
Qualification:
- Graduate or Undergraduate
- Preferred Candidate Profile (Priority Order):
- Candidates who have previously worked with Flipkart (highest preference).
- Candidates with Team Leader experience in e-commerce companies such as Amazon, Paytm, Meesho, Myntra, LimeRoad, etc.
- Other Team Leaders with relevant customer support/team management experience.
Key Skills Required:
- Minimum 1 year of team handling experience.
- Ability to manage attrition, shrinkage, CSAT, and quality metrics.
- Experience conducting one-on-one coaching and performance reviews.
- Knowledge of managing Work From Home (WFH) teams, including login adherence and productivity monitoring.
- Strong people management, coaching, and communication skills.
- Understanding of L1 customer support operations in an e-commerce environment
